Aevra — AI Visual Creative Application

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Aevra application, a professional AI visual creative tool dedicated to providing users with private image and video generation services. This document clarifies the usage rules, service scope, user rights, and usage specifications for all users accessing and using the Aevra application.

By opening and using this application, all users confirm that they fully understand and agree to abide by all the service rules and usage specifications stipulated in these terms. All services provided by Aevra focus on lightweight, private, and safe creative experience, ensuring stable, convenient, and secure AI creative services for every user.

2. Service Overview & No Account Required

Aevra provides users with one-stop AI visual creative functions, including:

Personal portrait scene replacement
Customized clothing style generation
Static image rendering
Dynamic short video synthesis

To ensure a minimalist and private user experience, the application does not require any form of account registration, login, identity verification, or personal information binding. All core creative functions can be used directly after opening the application without submitting any personal identity data, which effectively protects user privacy and simplifies the user operation process.

There is no user account system in the whole product, and no user identity data will be generated or stored.

3. Independent Platform Service Description

All AI creative computing, image rendering, video synthesis, and technical service functions of Aevra are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our team. The entire service link runs on our exclusive internal server system, without relying on any third-party technical services, third-party AI algorithms, or third-party data processing platforms.

All functional iterations, technical optimizations, and service updates are independently completed by our professional technical team.
The application does not embed any third-party service interfaces, third-party tracking programs, or third-party data statistics tools.
This ensures the independence and security of the entire service system.

4. User Privacy Protection Rules

User privacy protection is the primary service principle of Aevra.

The application will never collect, capture, extract, store, analyze, or back up any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric features, facial contour information, skin feature data, and any other sensitive facial personal information.
During the AI generation process, the system only performs overall pixel-level style fusion and scene adaptation on the pictures uploaded by users. It does not have any technical program or function module for facial feature recognition, facial data extraction, or facial biological information analysis.
After the user completes the creative generation operation, all temporary image processing data generated during the operation will be automatically and completely cleared. No facial-related data or feature information will be retained in any form on the application terminal or our service server.
In addition, Aevra will never actively collect users’ device information, usage records, and private content unrelated to product functions. All user uploaded pictures and generated creative works are only stored locally on the user’s personal device, and our platform will not obtain or save any user private content in the background.

5. Zero Third-Party Information Sharing

Aevra implements a full-link zero data sharing mechanism.

All user operation content, uploaded materials, generated works, and local use data will never be shared, transmitted, sold, leased, or disclosed to any third-party individuals, enterprises, or institutional organizations in any way.

The application has no data sharing channel with external platforms, and there is no scenario of user data outflow or third-party data invocation.
All user data is only used for the real-time completion of local creative functions and will not be used for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

6. User Usage Specifications

Users shall use the Aevra application and all its functions in compliance with public network usage norms and relevant usage principles. Users promise not to use this application to create, disseminate, or derive any illegal, inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized creative content.

When uploading pictures, users shall ensure that all uploaded materials are their original works or have legal usage rights, and shall not upload pictures involving others’ portrait rights, copyrights, and privacy rights. Users shall bear full responsibility for all creative content generated by themselves using this application.

7. Content Ownership Description

All image and video works generated by users through the Aevra application belong exclusively to the users. Our platform does not occupy, use, or authorize others to use users’ creative works in any form.

The application only provides technical generation services, and does not obtain any ownership, usage right, or profit right of user creative content. Users can freely save, use, and manage all locally generated works independently.

8. Application Function & Operation Rules

Aevra reserves the right to optimize, adjust, and iterate product functions, interface styles, and service experience on the premise of ensuring normal user use.

The application provides a built-in cache cleaning function, which supports users to independently clean up application cache data at any time to ensure the smooth operation of the product.
All basic operation data generated by the application during operation are only used for local operation optimization, and will not involve any user private information and facial data.
