Aevra — Paid Subscription & Bonus Coins

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms of Service exclusively govern all subscription service rules, user rights, service scope, and usage specifications of the Aevra AI visual creative application. This document applies to all users who purchase, activate, and use the official subscription services of Aevra.

By purchasing and activating any subscription service, users fully confirm that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms stipulated in this agreement. The subscription service is a paid value-added service launched by Aevra based on the basic free creative functions, aiming to provide users with more cost-effective creative resource benefits.

2. Basic Service Rules & No Account System

Aevra’s subscription service does not require users to register, log in, or bind any personal account information.

All subscription rights and interests are directly bound to the user’s local application device and effective subscription order.
The platform does not collect any user personal information during the subscription purchase and right activation process.
Users can complete subscription payment and obtain corresponding service rights only through official in-app purchase channels, without submitting any identity information or private data.

3. Independent Subscription Service Operation

All subscription value-added services and benefit distribution functions of Aevra are independently developed, operated, and managed by our official team. The whole service process does not rely on any third-party service providers, third-party settlement channels, or third-party benefit distribution systems.

All subscription order verification, benefit issuance, and service right activation are completed through our exclusive internal service system, ensuring the safety, stability, and authenticity of users’ paid subscription rights and interests.

4. Core Subscription Rights and Interests

The core benefit of purchasing the Aevra subscription service is to obtain a large number of exclusive preferential gold coins in a one-time manner.

After the user successfully purchases and activates the subscription, the system will automatically issue the full amount of preferential gold coins to the user’s local application account at one time.
The preferential gold coins obtained through subscription are exclusive value-added resources with higher cost performance than ordinary purchased gold coins.
This one-time coin pack is the core exclusive right of subscription users.

5. Gold Coin Usage Rules During Subscription Period

Users shall clearly understand and agree that all AI generation functions of the application still require the consumption of gold coins normally during the valid subscription period.

The subscription service only provides users with a one-time large quota of preferential gold coin benefits, and does not unlock unlimited free generation permissions.
All creative functions including scene generation, clothing replacement, image rendering, and video synthesis need to consume corresponding gold coin resources according to the official consumption rules, whether the user has activated the subscription or not.
The preferential gold coins obtained from the subscription can be used for all official AI generation consumption scenarios of the application. The gold coin consumption standard during the subscription period is consistent with the official unified rules, with no special exemption or preferential consumption mechanism other than the one-time gold coin reward.

6. Subscription Validity & Benefit Description

The subscription service has a fixed valid period. The one-time preferential gold coins issued by the subscription will be valid for use within the subscription period. Unused gold coins obtained from subscription will follow the official resource validity rules.

The subscription service is only a resource benefit service for creative consumption, and does not include any permanent functional unlocking rights.
After the subscription expires, the user can continue to use the basic free functions of the application, and can repurchase the subscription to obtain new preferential gold coin benefits.

7. Service Usage Specifications

Users shall use the subscription rights and interests and preferential gold coins in accordance with the official rules. It is forbidden to resell, trade, transfer, or maliciously brush subscription benefits.

The platform reserves the right to verify the validity of user subscription orders. If any abnormal use or illegal operation is found, the platform has the right to terminate the subscription service qualification and recover the abnormal benefits without prior notice.

8. No Third-Party Data Sharing

All subscription order information and user paid service data are only used for the verification and distribution of local subscription rights and interests.

The platform will not collect, store, or share any user subscription payment information.
The platform will never disclose or transmit any user paid service data to any third-party institutions, enterprises, or individuals.
