Aevra — AI Visual Creative Application

1. Introduction

This privacy statement outlines the data and content processing rules of the Aevra application. Aevra is an AI visual creative generation application focused on providing users with private and personalized image and video creation services.

This statement aims to clearly inform all users of how the application processes user content and related information during use, ensuring users can use all product functions with full transparency and peace of mind. All functional operations of the application are designed around user privacy protection, and all processing behaviors strictly adhere to the principle of user data security and private autonomy.

2. No Account Registration Required

Aevra does not require users to complete any account registration, login, identity verification, or real-name authentication steps to use all core functions of the application.

Users can directly open the application and use image uploading, AI scene generation, AI clothing replacement, picture and video rendering, and other core creative functions.
No personal identity information, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal private data need to be submitted.
The application does not bind any user identity information during the whole use process, and there is no user account data generation, storage, or association behavior.

3. Independent Self-Operated AI Service

All AI generation functions involved in the Aevra application are supported and operated by our independent self-developed and self-operated service system. The image analysis, scene matching, clothing fitting, picture rendering, video synthesis, and all intelligent calculation links required for user creative generation are completed through our exclusive internal service framework.

The application does not invoke, access, or use any third-party AI service interface, third-party technical service system, or third-party data processing platform in any functional link. All technical support and data processing of the product are completely independently completed by our own service team and server system, with no third-party participation in any link.

4. User Facial Information Protection Statement

Privacy protection of user portrait and facial information is the core protection principle of this application.

Aevra absolutely does not collect, acquire, record, store, or analyze any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric information, facial contour data, skin feature data, facial structure information, and all types of facial sensitive personal data.
The application only performs temporary pixel-level image rendering and color matching processing on the uploaded picture content for the sole purpose of completing the user’s one-time AI creation and generation effect. During the processing process, it will not identify, extract, sort, or save any facial feature points, facial biological characteristics, or unique facial information of the user.
No facial data of any form will be cached, backed up, or retained by the application or our service system after the user completes the creation operation. The application has no functional module or technical program for facial feature collection and facial information identification, and will never generate any facial data files related to users.
All AI generation effects are completed based on overall picture style fusion and scene adaptation, rather than facial feature analysis and identification. The user’s facial privacy and biological feature information will never be involved, obtained, or stored in any use scenario.

5. No Third-Party Information Sharing

Aevra adheres to the absolute principle of zero data sharing.

The application will never share, transmit, provide, sell, lease, or disclose any user-related information, including uploaded pictures, generated works, usage records, and all potential personal information, to any third-party individuals, enterprises, organizations, or service platforms in any form.

There is no third-party data sharing interface, third-party data statistical program, third-party tracking tool, or third-party data synchronization function built in the application.
All user operation data and creative content are only used for the user’s local use and real-time generation of functional effects, and will not be transmitted to any external third-party institutions or individuals.
We do not cooperate with any third-party data service providers, and there is no data exchange or data sharing behavior.

6. Local Content Storage Rules

All pictures uploaded by users and all AI-generated image and video works are only stored locally on the user’s personal mobile device. Our server system will not actively save, back up, or store any user’s uploaded original pictures and generated creative works.

The application only generates temporary data streams during the real-time creation process to complete the rendering effect, and all temporary data will be automatically cleared after the creation is completed. Users have full independent control over all creative content, and can delete, save, or clean up local works at any time according to their own needs.

7. Basic Application Operation Protection

Aevra only retains the most basic local operation data required for the normal operation of the application on the user’s device, including application cache data and function configuration data. These data are only used to optimize the user’s local use experience, will not involve any user personal privacy and facial information, and will not be uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.

Users can clear the application cache data at any time through the built-in cache cleaning function of the application.
